An IT Service Coordinator:
Schedules and monitors project workflow.
Coordinates new client project kickoff.
Schedules internal and external resources for client projects.
Responds to inbound client requests.
Creates client support tickets.
Resolves technical issues quickly, within areas of skill.
Ensures customer expectations are achieved.
Provides remote support for team members in the field.
Provides scheduled remote client maintenance needs.
Closely follows and updates process documentation.
A person who excels in this job effectively problem solves technical issues alone and with the help of others, while providing operational guidance to the team.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
